~ Julia Christine Floyd ~
Julia Christine Floyd was born on the East side of Poodieness County in Western Illinois. Her parents, Bruce Floyd and Beverlee Atherton, were married in July of 1978 in Clark County, Nevada. Julia graduated from Savanna High School in 1999 and attended Augustana College, graduating with a B.S. in Biology in May 2003. She began work on her J.D. and the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine in August of 2005.
